| Motorcycle & Chopper Gas Tanks | |
| All of our gas tanks are hand built from 14 gauge cold rolled steel stampings and TIG welded. Each tank is pressure tested. All gas tanks are custom built to order and can be built narrow or wide, short or long. Each tank includes pop-up cap with center, right or dual fill options. Standard tunnel width is 2¼”. Tunnels can be adjusted to sit high or low on your frame.Each tank has 4 hidden, threaded mounts with 2 crossover fittings, as well as a threaded petcock fitting. |       |
| Fender Blanks | |
Our fender blanks spun and constructed from 12 gauge cold rolled steel and TIG welded. Every fender is built to order. Each blank is a full 180° with a minimum of 6″ sidewall. Custom shaping, cutting and mounting is also available. Ask for details. |

| Oil Tanks | |
We manufacturer a number of different styles of oil tanks, so you have several options to choose from, each with its unique advantages to fit the style you’re going after. Either built-in or bolt on, each of our oil tanks is hand built from 14 gauge cold rolled steel and pressure tested to assure a lifetime of service.Most of our oil tanks are available with side fill or top fill, with your choice of with or without built-in battery box. |

| Chopper Handle Bars | |
| We build a complete line of handlebars, from baggers to choppers, we’ve got you covered. Choose from a complete handlebar kit in your choice of chrome or powdercoated black finishes. Or just choose handlebars only in a selection of unique bends from modern to vintage. We also have the accessories you need to make installation easier, from risers to wire extensions. All handlebars are built in-house and available in 1”, 1.25”, 1.5” sizes and include dimpled wiring slots. |  |

Aluminum Billet or chrome spoked wheels are one of the best ways to set-off your new roller project. At Thompson Choppers, you have many styles of chrome spoked, black or billet aluminum to choose from.
Wheels available in 40, 60 and 80 spoke wheels with billet hubs, or black, chrome, or polished billet aluminum. We can also offer you tires, matching rotors & pulleys, mounting and balancing. Check out our extensive bike gallery for pictures and examples.

| Wide Glide and Inverted Hydraulic Forks | |||

Inverted Fork Assemblies feature massive 58mm or 63mm chrome plated tubes and triple trees. Bullet shaped lowers with a completely hidden axle design. Available with standard or 5 degreed raked triple trees. Traditional Wide-Glide Fork Assemblies feature 41mm chrome plated tubes and triple trees. Available with standard or 5 degree raked triple trees. Other raked triple trees in also available. All hydraulic forks include neck stem, axle, brake and fender mounts. |
